If the weather is bad in the morning, please listen to the radio or watch TV to find out if CSCS is closed for the day. You may also visit the CSCS website and check their weather ticker.
Weekday Cancellations & Delays
If CSCS has a 2-hour delay, the church office and building will delay opening until 9:30 a.m.
Any events that begin prior to 9:30 a.m. that morning will likely be cancelled for the day.
If CSCS closes for the day, the church office and building will automatically be closed as well.
All events for that day and evening will be cancelled.
If CSCS does not close for the day and the weather is questionable, staff directors and/or pastors will discuss whether or not day or evening programs be cancelled due to possible dangerous road conditions. Check the PRC Weblog for specifics.
If CSCS is closed already due to winter or spring break, a decision to delay or close will be made by the senior and executive pastors.

Cancelling Weekend Services
A decision to cancel weekend services will be made by 6:30 a.m. on Sunday morning by the senior, executive, and worship pastors. Please listen to the radio or watch TV to find out if services have been cancelled. You may also check the PRC Weblog.

What you can do to stay informed:
Call the church office
A message will be placed on the church office voice mail (598-6767) by 4:00 p.m. indicating any closures or delays.
Check with Colorado Springs Christian School
Visit the CSCS website and take a look at their cancellations and delays ticker on the homepage.
Listen to the radio
A church staff person will contact radio stations KTLF and KBIQ to inform them of the cancellation.
Check the church website
The PRC Weblog will announce any cancellations due to inclement weather.
