One of the great joys I have as your pastor is working with an incredible staff. I believe that the team leading and serving Pulpit Rock is the strongest and most talented staff I have ever worked with.

I’m excited to tell you about some changes for three of our staff: Scott Custer, Suzy Bates, and Kyle Collins.

Scott, recently graduated from Denver Seminary, is moving into the role of Associate Pastor of Connections. Scott oversees our small groups as well as our welcome teams on Sundays. Scott is the go to guy to help people get connected and grow in Christ at Pulpit Rock.[/one_third]

Suzy Bates

Suzy has moved into a full time role as Associate Pastor of Students. Her focus is primarily leading our Sunday morning eXtreme program and leading high school girls small groups. Suzy is a gifted leader and focuses a lot of her attention on developing leaders.[/one_third]

Kyle Collins

Kyle is moving into the role of Associate Pastor of Adults. His area of focus is College and Outreach. Kyle has overseen our collegiate ministry for a few years, but has taken on more responsibility in the area of local and global outreach. Kyle not only helps us serve the shalom of our city, but leads our missions team as well.[/one_third_last]

The title Associate Pastor simply means these three serve on our pastoral team with the opportunity to love and lead our people. They have been licensed by our elders to represent them to our congregation and community.

I love serving with these three and am thrilled about how God will use them in the days to come. When you see them around, let them know what a gift they are to our church.
