At Home Ideas:
Get Well Card
Help your child make a get-well card or decorate an existing card. Mail or deliver in person to someone you know who has not been well. Maybe even take a bouquet of flowers from your yard.
Healthy Kids
Help your child begin to understand what it takes to be and stay healthy. Let your child help you decide what makes a good meal. Take walks together or just go to the park and play. Remember the sunscreen and water!
