Homemade Shaker
Take two paper plates and let your child decorate the outside of them however they wish—but you may want to suggest palm branches! Then place some dried beans inside one plate and staple the other plate on top—stapling close together so the beans don’t fall out. (You could also attach ribbon streamers to the plate when it’s finished.) Tell the story to your child and have them shake their shaker in a joyful noise to the Lord!
Flower Bouquet
Help your child make a bouquet of flowers to brighten someone’s day! Use construction paper, chenille wires, a clay pot, etc to create a colorful and lasting flower pot to give away to someone you know who needs to see and feel God’s love!
