The Communications Team can support your ministry’s events and activities in a number of ways. Be sure to include any pertinent information (i.e. brief description of event, etc.) to enhance the promotion of your event and/or write it below in the space provided.

NOTE FOR BULLETIN REQUESTS: You will receive a "proof" of your announcement via email no later than Friday, one week prior to the weekend your announcement will appear in the bulletin. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email by Friday or a proof, contact Jane Hodge to make sure your request came through.

Submitting a publicity request does not guarantee fulfillment. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill a request or if we need additional information. Every effort for accuracy will be made by us, however errors do happen. Be sure that your information is as accurate as possible, and we will make sure that what we print is correct by sending you a proof via email weekly.
