Worship Arts Community Notes for February 2007
OK, gentlemen...hopefully you have made plans for Valentine's Day (uh...that's February 14) Believe me...this is an important day to a girl. You don't have to take her to Italy (well...don't totally dismiss that idea). A nice trip to Olive Garden would be a reasonable substitute. Make your reservations early though. Restaurants are filling up as we speak!! Here are some of Dena's suggestions: The Mona Lisa or the Craftwood Inn in Manitou Springs. Although, they might both be full already. There are some nice places at The Broadmoor and you could enjoy a romantic walk around the lake...providing you don't have to wear clothing for a polar expedition. However, if your budget is tight, you could make a romantic dinner at home, but send the kids away. Ahhh....romance. Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day to all of you.

WELCOME TO NEW MEMBERS
We are happy to welcome two new members to our vocal team:
Maggie Griese, who sang with us the last time. Thanks, Maggie!!
Jason Garrett, who I said was a sheriff with El Paso County. However, due to the diligence of Mike Martinez, I was corrected. Jason is a Deputy Sheriff with El Paso County. He also has a baby due in March. We'll be looking forward to his happy news!!
PRAYER & PRAISE
John Skiba came through his surgery with flying colors and he's on his way back to normal..at least what is normal for him. We're glad to see him back. He's been missed around here.
Kevin Matthews also had some minor surgery and is back on his feet. Again...don't ask. However, both me claim that prescription drugs are a true gift!
Can you guess who said this?
"Where there is devotional music, God is always at hand with His gracious presence."
